Peigi is an arbitrator, mediator and a Vice Chair (Full-Time) of the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She has practiced labour and employment law exclusively since being called to the Bar in 1996. Her legal practice was restricted to matters relating to labour and employment: Ontario Labour Relations Board; labour arbitration, collective agreement negotiation and administration, interest arbitration, mediation, wrongful dismissal, human rights, and workplace investigations.
